Misac Castors and Wheels Company Limited was found in 2009, located in the town of Xiaolan, Zhongshan City, which famous in hardware and industrial products. We are company specialize in casters and wheels, hardware fittings, with own design, manufacturing and sales. We have three full-equipped factories, with management, designing, producing, QC, and after-sale service, total occupied in 12,000 square meters. After years of development, we now have more than 120 employees, 40 punching machines (5 automatic punching machines - 160T), 12 injection machines (200T), 5 auto-assembly lines and 5 general assembly lines. The company’s turnover has reached to USD 10,000,000 for the year 2014. 

We have the world-advanced automatic facility, succeed in full automation of production for nylon twin wheel casters, light-duty industrial casters including stamping and injection parts. Because of the automation, we have steady and good quality as well as production capacity. The factory could produce over 2,000,000pcs of casters per month.

Our company also have long-term relationship with some famous Chinese brands like TCL and Midea. Besides the domestic market, we are also supplying to Europe and U.S. countries. Since our company also have the primary source of plastic materials, we got competitive pricing on cost of materials. We separated three different factories for injection and stamping works, for injection parts we also have special workshop for RoHS products only.
